Song for Jamaica at Rebel Salute 2018

At this years Rebel Salute, the CEO of Song for Jamaica/SABA John Downie who has now teamed up with The Reggae Star Factor UK's Diane'Bassy'Black and his Uk media team joined in the celebrations for the 25th anniversary of the now two day event!

Rebel Salute took place in St Ann at Grizzly's plantation cove in Priory and although it was real muddy due to wet weather earlier in the day, it did not dampen the spirits of the fans coming out.

Peter Hunnigale Celebrates 35 Years in Music @ song for Jamaica Finals

Peter Hunnigale is one of the UK's leading Reggae singers and has sccooped many accolades over the years for his performances. With hits such as "By MyLady", "Perfect Lady" and "Let's Stay Together", he has been a regular visitor to the music charts and is still a favourite on the performance circuit.

Song for Jamaica Barbecue

We celebrate the end of the Song for Jamaica series with the last chance to enter showcase & barbecue on Bank Holiday Sunday 28th May at the Rosendale Centre, Peabody Cottages, Rosendale Rd, Herne Hill, SE24 9DR from 3pm. This event also launches the UK UNSIGNED Documentary which will feature past UK UNSIGNED performers such as Leona Lewis, Tinie Tempah, Flawless Dancers, NDubz and others.

Bristol & Brighton New Song for Jamaica Dates

We can now confirm additiopnal dates for the Song for Jamaica competition tour. These will be May 13th in Brighton and June 10th at the Malcolm X Centre in Bristol. The showcases will also be linked into UK UNSIGNED 18th Anniversary Celebrations
